On 17 December 2024, Indonesian VTuber agency, V.GENCE, terminated the VTuber agency project. This announcement was made through V.GENCE’s social media account.

The decision was taken after various considerations and discussions with all involved members. Acknowledging that the decision could be disappointing for the fans who has supported V.GENCE since the beginning, they stated that the decision was taken with full responsibility,
The agency also expressed its appreciation and gratitude to all talents, fans, work partners, and all other parties for their contributions to V.GENCE’s journey. They also hoped that every talent, including IniAgil and Tama Rindou, could continue moving forward to reach their respective success.

V.GENCE (or Virtual Agent Sacrifice) is an Indonesian-based VTuber agency that was established in April 2024. The agency is owned and developed by PT. Kreatif Unggul Lintas Inovasi, along with their creative studio, KuliKomis. At the time of their closure, their Vtuber agency consists of Reisin Van Keiki and S.Otoku Dush.
