On Tuesday (31/12), the Indonesian VTuber agency, YumeLive decided to end their VTuber operation. This announcement was made through the agency’s X (formerly, Twitter) account.

After the agency has ceased its operation, assets such as characters, YouTube channels, and social media are given to the respective VTuber talents. Those VTuber talents will continue their career as independent VTubers. YumeLive also stated that the talents’ merchandise would remain available to be purchased until the stock ran out. If the merchandise has sold out, it can then be independently reproduced by the respective talent.
Established on 19 July 2020, YumeLive (formerly known as Yume Reality) was a virtual YouTuber agency from Indonesia with the tagline “Gives lots of happiness” (translated as “Memberikan banyak kebahagian” in Indonesian). The agency had introduced 15 talents for over four years of their operation. At the time of their closure, their Vtuber agency consisted of eight active VTubers: Nekoyama Sena, Nemutaka Yuta, Kawaki Nana, Mishika Aya, Nishiki Mari, Chou Senka, Shibana Asuka, and Yuu Aruca.
