On 30 April 2025, JKT48 Virtual (JKT48V) VTuber Kanaia Asa released her new original song Kanayobi (かなよび). The song is available on her YouTube channel and was released as a part of the JKT48V original song showcase in April.
Before the song’s release, she announced her new song on her X (formerly, Twitter) account on 28 April 2025.
Kanaia Asa provided the vocals for the song. She is also credited as the lyricist alongside fellow AKA Virtual VTuber, Kirigaya Raveanne. Raveanne and Sofiano Amadeus are credited as the music producers. Additionally, Sofiano Amadeus is also credited as the music arranger. Tadada is credited as the mixing engineer.
Shinzrl is credited as the artist of the music video, while Dwikiazhar produces the music video.
Kanaia Asa is an Indonesian female Virtual YouTuber from JKT48V who debuted on 24 August 2023. She is a first-generation member of JKT48 Virtual, alongside Pia Meraleo and Tana Nona. At the time of writing, she has 85.4 thousand subscribers on her YouTube channel.
JKT48V is a collaboration project between JKT48 and VTuber agency AKA Virtual that combines the idol group concept with virtual technology. Established on 30 July 2023, JKT48V has three VTuber talents as of 2 May 2025.
