Masih ingat dengan Mari Ijima? Mari Ijima merupakan seorang bintang legendaris dalam dunia hiburan di Jepang. Namanya melambung setelah ia terpilih menjadi seiyu Minmay di anime Macross pada tahun 1982 lalu. Bukan itu saja. Ia juga menyanyikan langsung lagu-lagu yang ada di anime tersebut.
Dalam merayakan 40 tahun berkarir di dunia permusikan Jepang, Mari Ijima akan merilis album terbarunya, yang merupakan album All Time Best. Album All Time Best ini rencananya akan dirilis di Jepang pada 4 Oktober 2023 mendatang.
Album All Time Best ini akan berisikan 3 keping CD yang berisi lagu-lagu pilihan, yang dipilih langsung oleh Mari Ijima sendiri, dari lagu-lagu yang dirilisnya bersama Victor Entertainment, Warner Musih Japan (MOON Records), dan marimusic. Karenanya album ini merupakan lagu lintas label, yang merupakan lagu-lagu All Time Best darinya.
Sebelumnya pada tanggal 9 September 2023 mendatang, ia juga akan menggelar konser anniversary bertajuk “The Best Is Yet To Come” di Billboard Live YOKOHAMA, di Tokyo, Jepang. Ia akan menyanyikan 14 lagu sekaligus di jadwal siang maupun malam. Ijima sendiri mengumumkan bahwa ia ingin terus berkarya yang terbaik hingga umur 100 tahun.
