On Tuesday, (5/6), the social media account of Elex Media Komputindo‘s comic editors posted a list of the publisher’s ten best-selling comics for June 2022. The 100th volume of Detektif Conan takes the top spot, followed by One Piece Volume 99 and Hanako Si Arwah Penasaran volume 16.

Written and illustrated by Gosho Aoyama, Detektif Conan has been serialized in Shogakukan‘s Weekly Shounen Sunday Magazine since 1994. The story follows a high school detective named Shinichi Kudo whose body has been shrunk by a poison created by a mysterious organization. While the organization assumes he has been killed, Shinichi disguises himself as a kid named Conan Edogawa, solving criminal cases while investigating the mysteries behind that organization.
Written and Illustrated by Eiichiro Oda, One Piece follows the adventures of Luffy, a boy who has the ability to stretch his body like rubber after eating a devil fruit. He and his pirate crews sail the seas in search of the One Piece, a legendary treasure hidden by the pirate king Gol D. Roger before his death. The manga has been serialized in Shueisha’s Weekly Shonen Jump magazine since 1997. In Japan, the manga has been collected into 102 tankoubon volumes at the time of this writing.
Written and Illustrated by Aidalro, Hanako Si Arwah Penasaran focused on Hanako, a ghost who lives in the third toilet on the third floor of the old Kamome Academy building. The story itself revolves around Nene Yashiro, a student who always gets involved in supernatural matters at her school. The manga is serialized in Square Enix’s GFantasy magazine and has been collected into 17 tankoubon volumes at the time of this writing. A 12-episode anime adaptation produced at studio Lerche has aired from January to March 2020.
Elex Media Komputindo is a comics publisher under the Kompas-Gramedia Group. The publisher releases licensed foreign comics, including manga, and also Indonesian comics. Since 2005, Elex Media also created a new imprint called Level Comics to publish mature-rated comics.
