Japanese Rock Band RADWIMPS Will Hold a Concert in Indonesia

On their social media, the Japanese rock band RADWIMPS announced they would hold a concert in Indonesia on 30 July 2023. The concert will be held at Gelora Bung Karno Basket Hall, Senayan, Jakarta, as a part of their RADWIMPS Asia Tour 2023 event. Besides Indonesia, the tour includes four other Asian countries: South Korea, Taiwan, Malaysia, and Thailand.

The Indonesian tour concert will be organized by PK Entertainment, the promoter behind the Westlife concert in February, and Sozo, who previously held the Anime Festival Asia event.

Formed in 2001, RADWIMPS’s current lineup consists of Yojiro Noda (vocals and rhythm guitar), Akira Kuwahara (lead guitar), Yusuke Takeda (bass), and Satoshi Yamaguchi (drums). The band is known for providing the soundtrack for various Makoto Shinkai films, including your name., Weathering with You, and Suzume. Since the start of their career, the band has released 12 albums to date.
