Nightmare Side is a radio show that has aired since 1997 on Bandung-based radio station Radio Ardan. In this show, the host narrates horror stories and events submitted by its listeners. Over the years, the show has collected various supernatural stories from the Bandung area and become a popular radio show among its listeners.
Last year, Radio Ardan announced that they had collaborated with Higé Studio to adapt this radio show into a game. The game is titled Nightmare Side: The Game, which was finally released via Steam on 30 May 2024.

According to Dunia Games, the game tells the story of Amira, a radio intern who experiences several supernatural events while working at Radio Ardan’s office. This game lets the players experience the story of Nightmare Side from a first-person perspective. The players have to find clues, solve puzzles, and interact with disturbing ghosts to survive. The game setting is also based on the original Radio Ardan offices.
