Indonesian book publisher, Elex Media Komputindo, posted a list of their best-selling comics in August 2024. They announced the list on their X (formerly Twitter) account on 7 September 2024. Demon Slayer volume 19 takes first place, followed by Blue Lock: Episode Nagi volume 1, and Jujutsu Kaisen volume 16 in second and third place.

Written and illustrated by Koyoharu GotōgeDemon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba tells the story of Tanjirou Kamado, the eldest son of a poor family who lived during the Taisho era.​ One day, his whole family were slaughtered by an unknown demon when he was away from home. The only family member who survived is her little sister Nezuko. Unfortunately, Nezuko also begins to transform into a demon. Now Tanjirou has to undergo a dangerous journey to find a cure for his half-demon sister.​

Blue Lock: Episode Nagi is a spin-off manga series based on the manga series Blue Lock. Written and illustrated by Kota Sannomiya, Blue Lock: Episode Nagi follows the story of Nagi Seishiro before entering the Blue Lock facility. The manga has been serialized in Kodansa’s Bessatsu Shounen Magazine since 9 June 2022.

Written and illustrated by Gege Akutami, Jujutsu Kaisen manga tells the story of Yuji Itadori, a student who lives in a world where negative energy called Curse can bring disaster to the world. Itadori’s life changed as he became a student at a school that trains Curse exterminators. The manga has been serialized in Shueisha’s Weekly Shonen Jump since March 2018. The manga also received an anime adaptation, which aired in October 2020.

Elex Media Komputindo is a comics publisher under the Kompas-Gramedia Group. The publisher releases licensed foreign comics, including manga and Indonesian comics. Since 2005, Elex Media also published comics that were intended for adult audiences under the new imprint called Level Comics.
