Written and illustrated by Ryoko Kui, the story of Delicious in Dungeon is centred on an adventurer party that consists of Laios, Marcille, and Chilchuck. In their last raid, Laios’ sister Falin was eaten by a stray dragon. Laios wants to save Falin immediately, only to realize that they don’t have food supplies for another raid. Feeling that they can’t waste any time, Laios plans to survive in the dungeon by eating the monsters they defeated. This idea is rejected by Marcille and Chilchuck, who thought the dungeon monsters were inedible. However, they meet a dwarf named Senshi. Senshi then joins their party and helps them prepare the food with the dungeon monsters as ingredients.
The manga was first serialized in Enterbrain’s Harta magazine from February 2014 to September 2023. The anime adaptation is produced by studio Trigger. In Indonesia, the Delicious in Dungeon manga is currently being published by Elex Media Komputindo.
