Risalah Reminisensi’s inspiration came from Cecilia’s previous song, Lembaran Memori, which was released on the same date two years prior. Lembaran Memori is a collaboration project of Cecilia, the former Re:Memories VTuber Evelyn, independent VTuber Reina Keina, and fellow Re: Memories member Reynard Blanc.
