Indonesian video game studio Clay Game Studio has included their latest project Mirth Island in the Southeast Asian Games Showcase segment of Summer Game Fest 2025. While the game is now available to wishlist on Steam, an official release date has yet to be confirmed.
In Mirth Island, the player will control Dodo, a character on a mission to restore the community theatre in his hometown. To achieve this, the player must help Mirth Island’s inhabitants together with his childhood friend Rita.
Clay Game Studio is an indie game studio based in Malang, Indonesia, Founded in 2014, They are the developer of Faerie Afterlight, a fantasy platformer metroidvania game, and Loading Story, a short narrative game about loading screens. The studio also has released Mirth Melody, a short rhythm game that acted as the demo of Mirth Island.
