On 23 May 2026, Indonesian VTuber agency AfteRain announced that they were going to open an audition for their latest virtual talent from 16 May to 31 July 2026. The audition form can be accessed at this link.
The audition is open for both male and female talents who are at least 18 years old at the time of the audition. The candidates must currently reside in Indonesia at the time of the audition. The candidates must also create a video on YouTube with the “Unlisted” or “Not Public” video privacy settings selected and include the video link in the registration form. Additionally, applicants can submit a portfolio or similar experience if it is available.
Candidates must be able to speak fluent Indonesian and be committed to the Virtual YouTuber work. Additionally, they are expected to be able to stream at least two to three times a week. Applicants must not be affiliated with other agencies at the time of submission. They are also expected to have their own Personal Computer.
For the VTuber model, candidates are not required to have or prepare their own VTuber model/character for this audition.
Before submitting their application, candidates should ensure that their email address is active and that they can receive emails from [email protected]. Candidates will receive notifications through their email around 7 to 14 days after the audition form is closed. The information submitted on the application form will only be used by AfteRain for audition purposes. For questions regarding the audition, interested parties can contact [email protected].
