The second season of Laid-Back Camp. As winter approaches, each member of the Outdoor Activities Club were busy with their part-time jobs, earning money to get things or to do the activities that they want to do. Even so, they still keep in touch with each other, for example by eating together during break time as Nadeshiko does with Saito. While Rin goes on solo camp again with her motorcycle, Nadeshiko starts to wonder whether solo camp is an activity worth to try.

It is really refreshing to see the energetic Nadeshiko and the composed Rin again after a while. The last season ended perfectly with all of the main characters going for a camp together. And as we enter the second season, the mood is a little bit different: everyone has gotten part time jobs and they are busy with it. All of them has their own goals for how to use the money they get, as we can see from the first episode where Nadeshiko plans to buy a gas lantern while Rin goes on solo camp again.
I begin to think that maybe this season will be focused on how each of them are doing their own fun activities. But it’s not like they’re having a fight or something like that. Sometimes you need to try something different to have fun and doing it alone might be one way to do it differently. Maybe that’s the direction this season is going for.
To sum up, it is still the same Yuru Camp as we know: a comfy anime that can heal our stress from work. For the maximum comfort, it’s better to watch this in the early morning, with a glass of coffee or a warm instant noodle.
