Comic publisher Elex Media Komputindo will release Kouji Miura‘s Blue Box manga in Indonesia. According to the Elex Media Editor’s official Twitter account, the manga is currently in the translation process and is planned to be published around the end of 2022 or early 2023. More information about the price, exact release date, and the comic’s format are not announced yet.

Blue Box (Japanese Title: Ao no Hako) tells the story of Taiki Inomata, a student at Eimei Junior and Senior High who is a member of the boys’ badminton team. Every morning, he trains alongside his upperclasswoman and romantic crush Chinatsu Kano, who is on the girls’ basketball team. But when Chinatsu’s parents leave Japan to work aboard, she ends up living in the same house with Taiki, whose mother is a good friend of Chinatsu’s mother. The manga began its serialization on April 12, 2021, in Shueisha’s Weekly Shonen Jump. In Indonesia, Blue Box is also available digitally on Sueisha’s digital manga platform Manga Plus.

Elex Media Komputindo is a comics publisher under the Kompas-Gramedia Group. The publisher releases licensed foreign comics, including manga, and also Indonesian comics. Since 2005, Elex Media also published comics that were intended for adult audiences under the new imprint called Level Comics.
