The new One Piece anime movie, One Piece Film Gold is ready to make its debut in Japan on July 23, 2016. Earlier, the movie has been confirmed to premiere at CGV Blitz cinema chain in September 2016. And now, Cinemaxx cinema chain has announced that it will also screen this movie in September 2016.
Adapted from the manga by Eiichiro Oda, One Piece is the story of Monkey D. Luffy, who dreams of becoming The Great Pirate King. With all his friends, Luffy sails the oceans to find the treasure called One Piece. The TV anime adaptation had been aired on RCTI TV and Global TV in Indonesia, while the manga itself is published by Elex Media Komputindo.
The manga creator, Eiichiro Oda is taking the role of executive producer for this movie. While Hiroaki Miyamoto serves as the director and Tsutomu Kuroiwa as the script writter.
