Following the Japanese Film Festival (JFF) Online 2024 that was held in the previous months, the organizer announced that the offline event for this year JFF Indonesia will be back at the end of the year.
According to their social media post on Wednesday (21/8), JFF Indonesia 2024 will be held from November to December 2024 in 6 cities in Indonesia. The cities are :
- Jakarta
- Bandung
- Makassar
- Yogyakarta
- Palembang
- Surabaya.
The event will start in Jakarta on 7-10 November at CGV Grand Indonesia. The event then continued in Bandung on 22-24 November 2024 at CGV Paris Van Java. Further information about the exact date for other cities has yet to be confirmed.

JFF is an annual film screening event that focuses on showcasing Japanese films. As of 2019, JFF has been held in 12 countries across the world, including Australia, Russia, China, India, and many Southeast Asian countries, including Indonesia.
