It was previously announced that video game developer Ozygames is currently developing their latest game Project Buramato. On Sunday (16/2), the developer finally released a new official trailer for the game.
The game, now rebranded as Buramato, is inspired by Dayak culture. The story of Buramato follows an amnesiac boy who survives the catastrophic event caused by the cursed Murang Tree, spawned by the Demon King Uwok. However, he is also afflicted with a curse. Guided by the whispers of a mysterious girl, he plans to break the curse by climbing the Murang Tree and uncovering the truth about himself.
On their Steam page, the game promises a wide variety of ranged combat with agile manoeuvres, allowing players to explore the atmospheric Land of the Old Lords, and character designs that utilise an anime-inspired cel-shaded style. The game also offers an expansive fantasy world, fluid combat mechanics, and interactions with mythical creatures rooted in Dayak folklore.
