Indonesian publisher Elex Media Komputindo announced that the first volume of Restaurant to Another World will available in bookstores on 5 April 2023. The manga comes with a suggested retail price of IDR 45,000 (about US$ 3.00).
The story of Restaurant to Another World is set in a restaurant named Western Restaurant Nekoya. Located in a basement of a Shopping district, this restaurant has a secret: Every Saturday, when the restaurant is closed, it is filled with “special customers” from another world. For normal customers, this place is just a normal restaurant with a familiar menu, but for those “special customers” on Saturday, they can enjoy foods that they have never seen before.
Elex Media Komputindo is a comics publisher under the Kompas-Gramedia Group. The publisher releases licensed foreign comics, including manga, and also Indonesian comics. Since 2005, Elex Media also published comics that were intended for adult audiences under the new imprint called Level Comics.
