First aired in Japan in 2024, Blue Box (Ao no Hako) is now available in Indonesia with an Indonesian dub. Fresto Post Production is credited as the dubbing studio with Beatrix Renita being credited as the dialogue director. In Indonesia, the anime is distributed by Netflix.

Adapted from a manga of the same name by Kouji Miura, Blue Box tells the story of Taiki Inomata, a student at Eimei Junior and Senior High who is a member of the boys’ badminton team. Every morning, he trains alongside his upperclasswoman and romantic crush Chinatsu Kano, who is on the girls’ basketball team. But when Chinatsu’s parents leave Japan to work aboard, she ends up living in the same house with Taiki, whose mother is a good friend of Chinatsu’s mother.
The manga started its serialization on 12 April 2021 in Shueisha’s Weekly Shonen Jump magazine. The manga is available digitally for international audiences on Sueisha’s digital manga platform Manga Plus. In Indonesia, the tankoubon version of the manga has been published by Elex Media Komputindo since March 2023.
The first season of the Blue Box anime adaptation was aired from October 2024 to March 2025. The second season also has been announced in the final episode of the first season.
