Agate Games, the Bandung-based developer that have released titles such as Valthirian Arc: Hero School Story (2019) for Nintendo Switch and PlayStation 4, is currently working on their newest console game project titled Tirta.

Set in a world inspired by Balinese culture, players take on the role of a priestess traveling through an island full of mystery and sacred rituals. She must fight her way through man-made corruption in a story of man vs. nature. The gameplay, with its mix of action and puzzles, is evocative of games such as The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild. Agate also states that the game is meant to introduce elements of Indonesian culture and stories to new audiences in an accessible way.
