After releasing What Comes After last year, Indonesian game creator Mohammad Fahmi Husni or fahmitsu has announced a new game project. The new game will be titled Project Heartbreak, developed by After Hours Dev in collaboration with Fellow Traveler as publisher. The game is also expected to be released on Steam some time around 2022, though the exact release date has not announced yet.
Just like his previous game, Project Heartbreak will be a game that focuses heavily on story. Soyatu and Pinga Penguin will handle the illustration. There is no description of the game yet, but from the teaser and its steam page, the game seems to be centred around a musician.
fahmitsu is an Indonesia game creator who previously worked for some games like Rage in Peace, Coffee Talk, and What Comes After. For this game, fahmitsu has stated on Twitter that his aim is to make the player feel “heartbroken in the coolest way possible”. For the music, the developer collaborates with a Jakarta-based rock band, L’Alphalpha.
