CGV Blitz cinema chain has announced through their Facebook account that the latest movie of Crayon Shinchan titled The Great Assault on the Dreaming World .will be shown on their theatres. There aren’t any further information yet about the date of release, but if there aren’t any changes, this movie will be screened on the next October.
Based on a comic created by Yoshito Usui, this anime tells about the daily life of a boy named Shinohara a.k.a. Shinchan, aged 5, together with his family and friends. This series has drawn attention of many people, and also created many controversies because the many vulgar jokes coming from the character Shinchan who is still 5 years old.
In Indonesia, the comics has been published by PT. Indorestu Pacific and now are being published again by Elex Media Komputindo. Its anime had been aired on RCTI until 2015 and also on TRANS7. The broadcasting rights and license of Crayon Shinchan in Indonesia is held by PT. Perdana IMMG Indonesia dan Animation International Ltd.
