Synopsis
Kazuya Kagami was a teenager who always bring an obi that was a memento from her mother with him, wherever he went. One day, Kazuya got attacked by a demon that caused him to fall from the rooftop of his school. On that moment, his mother’s obi suddenly snucked out of his bag and saved his life. Kazuya got shocked even more when he saw a beautiful girl came out of her mother’s obi.
Comments
Tsugumomo brings up the myth of tsukumogami, spirits that reside in tools used by humans. There are also traditional feels in the background music and some of the character designs in this anime. The first episode has already presented a simple yet entertaining story. There are also some comedic content in the first episode such as some comedic skit and also the comical expressions from the characters. Although there are some fanservices in the first episode, it’s still in the mild range, so it may not feel too erotic. Tsugumomo can be a fine choice for viewers seeking light entertainment with traditional and spiritual themes.
