The official Facebook page of ODEX Indonesia has announced on Tuesday (19/12) that the of Magical Girl Lyrical Nanoha: Reflection will be released in Indonesia in January 2018. ODEX’s announcement mentioned that the film will get a general release starting from 10 January, as well as a special “fan screening” on yet-to-be-specified date. The announcement post also mention that the film will be exclusively screened at CGV Cinemas Indonesia.
Magical Girl Lyrical Nanoha: Reflection is the third entry in the film series of Magical Girl Lyrical Nanoha franchise and was released in Japan in July 2017. The film will be followed up by Magical Girl Lyrical Nanoha: Detonation which will be released in 2018.
The film is produced at Seven Arcs Pictures dengan with Takayuki Hamana as director. Masaki Tsuzuki, the creator of the Nanoha franchise is credited for the screenplay. Kana Hashidate is credited for character design, with Barrier Jacket and Device designs by kurogin.
Yukari Tamura, Nana Mizuki, and Kana Ueda are reprising their roles as Nanoha Takamachi, Fate T. Harlaown, and Hayate Yagami, respectively. While Haruka Tomatsu is casted as Amitie Florian and Satomi Satou as Kirie Florian.
The film is set two months after Magical Girl Lyrical Nanoha The Movie 2nd A’s which was released in 2014. Another incident occurred in Uminari City and around Tokyo, with Nanoha and friends investigating.
