Tokusatsu series Bima Satria Garuda, made in collaboration between MNC Group and Ishimori Pro, returns in animated form with a new project by MNC Animation. The 3D animated series titled BIMA S began airing on 4 October 2020, and airs weekly at 10.00 West Indonesia Time (UTC+7) on Indonesian TV channel RCTI. MNC has also uploaded digest episodes of the show on the series’ official YouTube channel.

The main character of BIMA S is Satria, a brave and adventurous teen who can transform into BIMA S. With awesome powers and weapons, BIMA S and his five companions, Prof. T, Aurora, Ve, and Nadra and Rama journeys the galaxy, fighting monsters and gathering the seven matrices to stop the evil Infernus who wants to conquer the universe.

Bima Satria Garuda is a tokusatsu series produced in collaboration between MNC Group and Ishimori Production. In the series, a dark organization named Vudo that rules a parallel world without natural resources infiltrates the Earth after an Earth scientist created a dimensional portal connecting the two. Vudo’s powers come from seven power stones with different powers. Using one such power stone, a young man named Ray Bramasakti gains the power to transform into the warrior named Bima Satria Garuda, and fights to save the Earth from Vudo. In the sequel series Satria Garuda Bima X,  Bima Satria Garuda and Azazel has defeated Vudo’s leader Rasputin, but the Earth is threatened once more by a greater evil in the form of Black Lord and his Death Phantoms. It’s up to Bima, Azazel, and a new ally called Satria Harimau Torga to defeat them.

A theatrical film titled Satria Heroes: Revenge of Darkness was also released in 2017 and is currently streaming on Netflix.
