Four Winter 2018 Anime Debuted on Aniplus with Catch Up Marathon in February

In winter 2018 season, subscription-based anime channel Aniplus Asia has revealed in their official website that they will air four new anime. Those anime are Darling in the FRANXX, Record of Grancrest War, Pop Team Epic, and the second season of Touken Ranbu Hanamaru. In addition to that, they also plan to re-air summer 2017 anime Tsuredure Children as valentine day special broadcast. Those anime will join fall 2017 anime The Ancient Magus’ Bride which is reaching its second part this season.

In a world where children pilot robots called Franxx to fend off giant lifeforms, ex-prodigy Hiro struggles with his existence. Then a girl known as “Zero Two” suddenly appears before him.

This anime premiered on 14 and aired every Sunday at 0100 WIT (West Indonesia Time). A catch up marathon for the first six episodes of the anime will be aired on Sunday, 18 February starting from 1900 WIT.

Here is the synopsis of Record of Grancrest War in Aniplus website:

A lone mage named Siluca and a vagrant knight named Theo make an oath as master and retainer, with hopes of bringing reform to a land riddled with war and chaos.

This anime premiered on 7 january and aired every Saturday at 0100 WIT (West Indonesia Time). A catch up marathon for the first seven episodes of the anime will be aired on Saturday, 17 February starting from 1930 WIT.

Aniplus describes Pop Team Epic as follows:

Popuko and Pipimi are two 14-year-old girls in this story about current affairs, ironies and jokes, no-holds barred style.

This anime premiered on 7 January and aired every Sunday at 0030 WIT (West Indonesia Time). A catch up marathon for the first six episodes of the anime will be aired on Saturday, 17 February starting from 1700 WIT.

Touken Ranbu Hanamaru Season 2 is the new season of anime with same name. Aniplus describes the story as follows:

The year is 2205. The “historical revisionists” have begun attacks on the past in their plot to change history. The Saniwa, who have been charged with protecting history, can imbue life into objects. Strongest among these are the Touken Danshi. The story revolves around their cheerful lives.

Touken Ranbu Hanamaru Season 2 premiered on 8 January and aired every Monday at 0100 WIT. A catch up marathon for the first six episodes of the anime will be aired on Sunday, 18 February starting from 1700 WIT.

Here is the synopsis of Tsuredure Children:

A high-school romance series that depicts various scenarios of adolescent love, jam-packed with frustration, embarrassment, and awkwardness! For those of you who can’t say, “I love you”.

Tsuredure Children will be re-broadcast from Wednesday to Friday, 14 – 16 February 2018, on 1900 WIT.
