As previously reported, the fictional character Si Juki has been getting his own animated feature film in collaboration with Kumata Studio and Falcon Pictures. Titled Si Juki The Movie: Panitia Hari Akhir, this 2D-animated film had been screened in theaters starting from 28 December 2017.

On 12 January, the Facebook page of Si Juki announced that the film had ended its screening on theatres, and revealed that the film had been watched by over 630,000 viewers during around 2 weeks of screening.
The film tells the story of Juki, a character who claims to be anti-mainstream, as a celebrity who is in his peak of fame. Being innocent, humorous, and brave enough to stand out had made him beloved by everyone, until a mistake turned him into the number one enemy of the society. At the same time, a falling meteor threatens to destroy Indonesia. When a young and talented scientist named Erin asked Juki to stop the meteor, can Juki save Indonesia?

The film featured many talented Indonesian voice actors such as Santosa Amin (Indonesian voice of Suneo ini Doraemon), Bima Sakti (Indonesian voice of Giant in Doraemon), Denis Setiano (Indonesian voice of Mickey Mouse), Arief Lintau Darwis (dubber for Yanagisa Shingo in Takeshi’s Castle), Lies Kurnianis (Indonesian voice of Ichigo in Aikatsu) and Mirna Hayati who starred in Indonesian animated series Petualangan si Unyil (The Adventures of Unyil).

Moreover, many famous Indonesian actors and actresses were also involved in this film such as Bunga Citra Lestari, Indro of the comedy group ‘Warkop’, Tio Pakusadewo, Butet Kertaredjasa, Pandji Pragiwaksono, Agus Kuncoro, Tarzan, Arie Kriting, Mongol, Mudy Taylor, Babe Chabiita, Ki Joko Bodo, Nikita Mirzani, Wizzy, Jaja Miharja, Jeremi Teti dan Maya Wulan.

Si Juki is a fictional character created by Faza Meonk under Pionicon Management. The character has over 400,000 followers on Facebook, as well as over 80,000 followers on Twitter and Instagram, with the username @JukiHoki. The character has also been featured in various comics, merchandises, mobile game and a full-length animated feature film debuting in December 2017. Previously, Juki has also been adapted into animated shorts by Kratoon Channel. Furthermore, in December 2017, it was reported that Juki dominated the Indonesian comic market at that time.
