Manga publisher Elex Media Komputindo announced that they will be releasing Ajin: Demi-Human manga under their Level Comics label, which specializes in manga with mature content. Through their Facebook account, they also announced that they have decided to release the series on the 6th of April, 2016.
Ajin is a manga series written by Tsuina Miura with illustrations by Gamon Sakurai. First appeared in good! Afternoon magazine from Kodansha in 2012, Ajin tells the story of Kei Nagai, a teenage student who just recently discovered that he is an “Ajin” after being hit by a truck. “Ajin” is an undead creature, currently on the hunt by the government because of its criminal status. Only Kaito, Kei Nagai’s closest friend, who understands Kei’s condition and circumstances.
Ajin’s success had brought the series to get an anime adaptation.
