Sakurada is a city in Japan where about half of the population possessed some special abilities. But those special abilites only remain while they are in Sakurada city, and should they leave, they end forgot about their abilities. One day, Kei Asai, a high schooler in Sakurada received a letter from one of his schoolmates, Sumire Soma. On her letter, Sumire asked Kei to meet her at the south building rooftop after school. The next day, Kei came to the rooftop. But instead of Sumire, he met with Haruki, which Kei’s friends might be similar to Kei. Kei  then witnessed Haruki’s special abilities himself.

The first episode build up the dramatic situation very well. Even with the slow pace, this anime tries to incite curiosity with its’ astonishingly calming visual, background music, and how the cast act with each others, which doesn’t make it boring. The presence of some metahuman-like special abilities in this anime actually doesn’t make this anime looks like a supernatural, science-fiction action anime. Instead, the special abilites set up the drama in this anime with the good execution. Sagrada Reset is recommended for viewers looking for some drama anime with out of the ordinary elements.
