On Friday (12/10), Level Comics, the adult comics imprint of publisher Elex Media Komputindo, has teased the release of Akame ga Kill! manga in Indonesia. The manga is listed as one of the manga that will be released under the Level Comics label in the Sneakpeek in Elex Media’s forum. The exact release date of the manga has not been announced yet.

Here is the synopsis of Akame ga Kill! on Elex Media forum:
“Looking for wealth and prosperity for his poor village, Tatsumi comes to the capital city to begin a career in the military. But his meeting with Akame and Leone, two members of an assassin group called Night Raid, changed his life. His admiration for life in the capital city faded after seeing the dark side of the city. Tatsumi chooses to join Night Raid determined to change the kingdom”
Written by Takahiro and illustrated by Tetsuya Tashiro, Akame ga Kill! was serialized in Square Enix’s Gangan Joker magazine. It began serialization in March 2010 and ended in December 2016, and collected into 15 tankoubon volumes in total. The prequel manga, titled Akame ga Kill! Zero, has been serialized since October 2015 in Square Enix’s Big Gangan Magazine.
Akame ga Kill! had already been adapted into anime in 2014, which consists of 24 episodes, airing in summer to fall season. It was directed by Tomoki Kobayashi and written by Makoto Uezu at studio White Fox.
